Wow! The power of words. I’m glad Dennis got to feel the power of his. Great story!

Goes for the jugular. The style is very effective. Good story.

I have to admit my stomach was upset while I wrote it. But sometimes you gotta write what scares you.

Absolutely brilliant work Michele. Ragged and horrible and the perfect use of horror-fantasy for the true-crime horror that is domestic abuse.

Oooh, this was a chiller, Michele. I wish Emily could have coughed out the words without hurting herself in the process, but this is where desperation leads. At least, Dennis got what he had coming. How clever to use a Reddit post to tell the story.

Thanks so much, K.C. I think she ingested all the words for years until they became something else. She was already destroyed, but she took him with her. He deserved worse.
